CFI ASE or AME recent experience (by practical test) or reinstatement. CFII airplane add-on. No initial CFI.
Administrative
Ground Instructor Examiner, Flight Instructor Recent Experience Examiner (FIRE), and Basic Administrative Examiner (SOE limitation). Administrative only, no practical test or flight. The fee is set before a date is scheduled.

Where
Serving the entire State of Hawaii, with FAA checkrides available on Oahu, Maui, the Big Island (Hawaii Island), Kauai, Molokai and Lanai. Checkrides on Guam and the U.S. mainland are available on request, subject to FAA preapproval, authorization, aircraft, weather and other duties.

The date is held only after you receive a written accept. Accepted dates may change in rare cases due to the examiner's other professional commitments. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new date.
